From Dallas/ Ft. Worth:

I-35 South to the Hwy 183 South Exit. Take Hwy 183 South to the first stop light past the Hwy 290 intersection. That will be Loyola Lane. Turn Left on Loyola Lane. Go approximately ½ mile, and turn into the first dirt road after the bridge. If you reach the railroad tracks, you went too far.

From Houston:

You can reach Burr Field easily coming from either I-10 & Hwy 71 or from Hwy 290.

Follow I-10 to Hwy 71 in Columbus. Take the Hwy 71 North exit for Austin. Follow Hwy 71 into Austin until you pass the Austin Bergstrom International Airport. Approximately ½ mile past the airport, take the Hwy 183 North exit. Follow Hwy 183 North to the second light past the MLK exit. Turn Right on Loyola Lane. Go approximately ½ mile, and turn into the first dirt road after the bridge. If you reach the railroad tracks, you went too far.

Follow Hwy 290 all the way into Austin. As you approach Austin, look for the Hwy 183 South exit. Exit and come South. Go to the first stop light, approximately 1 ½ miles. Turn Left on Loyola Lane. Go approximately ½ mile, and turn into the first dirt road after the bridge. If you reach the railroad tracks, you went too far.
